炉内配风方式对锅炉NOX排放影响的试验研究

Experimental Study on the Influence of Air Distribution in Furnace on the NOXEmissions in a Boiler

  • 摘要:为降低早期投运的电站燃煤锅炉的NO X排放, 提出了在运行过程中优化炉内配风的运行方式, 该方式不仅简单易行, 而且成本低。试验发现:随着炉内总风量的上升, NO X的排放也随之增加, 但其经济性有所降低, 确定炉内总风量要兼顾锅炉的经济性和排放特性。在总风量确定的前提下, 进行二次风和燃尽风的优化配风可以进一步降低NO X的排放, 若中层二次风的通风量较小, 而上、下层二次风的通风量较大, 相应NO X的排放较低;一、二次风配比确定后, 增加燃尽风的份额也可以有效降低NO X的排放。文中提出的优化运行方式可以有效地降低NO X的排放, NO X的排放从908 mg/m 3下降至790 mg/m 3

    Abstract:Taking the early PC utility boiler as examples, an operating mode of optimizing air distribution in furnace is put forward to lower NO Xemission. It has the advantage of simply operation and low cost. The experimental result shows that NO Xemissions will increase with the total air rate, however, the economy of the boiler decreases, so the total air rate must take consideration of both the economy and NO Xemissions of the boiler. Under the constant total air rate, optimizing the secondary air and over fire air may further decrease NO xemissions with the lower secondary air rate in the middle of burners and the larger secondary air rate in upper and lower layers in burners. Under the premise of constant secondary air ratio, NO Xemissions decrease with increasing the over fire air ratio. The operating mode in this paper can effectively decrease NO Xemissions from 908 mg/m 3to 790 mg/m 3.
